What client characteristics are a good fit?

It is important to find the right match when seeking a psychotherapist. Dr. Bannar’s ideal clients are adults who work within High-Reliability Organizations and who are wishing to change their behaviors, mindset, and emotions.

What is a High-Reliability Organization?

High reliability organizations (HRO) are organizations that operate in complex, high-hazard domains, where significant and even catastrophic consequences or failure are possible. Examples of high-reliability organizations include healthcare, military, law-enforcement, fire-protection, emergency medical service (EMS), and aviation career fields. High-reliability personnel typically work in environments which are hazardous, have constantly changing conditions, have a hierarchical organizational structure, there is a fixation on standards and safety, experience persistent performance pressure, and hold a responsibility to make frequent real-time operational decisions to maintain safe operations.
